1️⃣ Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Custom Jewelry takes 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
2️⃣ Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
✅ Non-custom jewelry can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Custom or personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
✅ Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
Email us at support@castillojewelry.com with your order number.
Wait for return approval and instructions.
Ship the item back (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3️⃣ Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
Warranty Coverage:
🛠️ 1 Year Warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, loose stones, etc.)
Faulty workmanship
Normal wear and tea
Scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper used
4️⃣ Custom Orders & Personalization Policy
Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
Please double-check spelling and details before placing an order.
If you receive a damaged custom item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
