Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Custom-made items may take up to 10 business days depending on complexity. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.


4. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. You can choose the chain length, font style, and finish on selected pieces. For more complex customizations, please contact us directly.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom pieces are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
