RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To initiate a return:

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation attached.

Ship your return with a trackable service to ensure the item is received.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
⛔ Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Items over $5,000 USD are considered custom orders and are not eligible for full refund. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
LAYAWAY PROGRAM PURCHASES
Items purchased through our layaway program are not eligible for refunds.
Only store credit or exchanges will be issued.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If your refund is delayed:

We only replace items if they are defective.
